Notice: Lapse of a licence

The licence of TenX Payments Europe AG, Wuhrstrasse 13, 9490 Vaduz, to operate an e-money institution lapsed due to written renunciation pursuant to Art. 19 para. 1 lit. c EGG by 22 March 2021.

TenX Payments Europe AG is accordingly no longer entitled to issue e-money and to provide e-money and payment services.

The lapse of the licence causes the dissolution and deletion of the company from the commercial register. The FMA supervises the liquidator and the liquidation. The FMA is also taking the measures necessary for the execution of the liquidation and the settlement of ongoing business and is issuing the necessary instructions to the liquidator.
