Rothenburger Emissionshaus has not been licensed by the FMA as a financial company

The Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA) points out that Rothenburger Emissionshaus, Vaduz, has not been licensed by the FMA in Liechtenstein. Rothenburger Emissionshaus offers among others financial services, investment concepts, wealth management, advice regarding securities, advice regarding alternative investments as well as advice regarding heritage and foundations. These activities are subject to a licence in Liechtenstein pursuant to the Banking Act and other applicable supervisory laws. Until today the FMA has not granted any licence to Rothenburger Emissionshaus. The executive office in Liechtenstein does not exist. It was not possible to establish contact.
