Announcement / Warning: ADCADA Immobilien AG PCC

FMA hereby announces that ADCADA Immobilien AG PCC, Ruggell, registration number FL-0002.605.851-4, has not fulfilled its legal obligation to provide prospectuses within the EU Regulation 2017/1129 for the bond named "adcada.money Festzins" in Liechtenstein.

Based on Art. 10 para. 2 let. f EWR-WPPDG FMA has banned the bond named "adcada.money Festzins" from being publicly offered in Liechtenstein by the issuer Immobilien AG PCC.
