The FMA Liechtenstein has been informed by Allianz Risk Transfer AG, an non-life insurance undertaking of the Allianz group having its seat in Liechtenstein, that counterfeit policies were issued in the name of Allianz Risk Transfer AG or Allianz Partners – AWP P&C SA. The FMA recommends to look out for irregularities and verify that the acting broker holds the necessary license before entering into an insurance contract. In case of uncertainty, it is recommended to contact the relevant insurance undertaking or the competent supervisory authority.
