Following the written waiver by Ci Fund Services AG, Austrasse 15, 9490 Vaduz, of the authorization granted on December 1, 2011, by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) of Liechtenstein as a management company under the Law on Certain Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITSG) as well as the authorization granted on October 14, 2013, as a manager of alternative investment funds under the Law on Managers of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFMG), the expiration of the authorization pursuant to Art. 26(1) UCITSG and Art. 50(1) AIFMG was determined as of June 9, 2026.
