In its (partial) decision of August 12, 2026, the FMA Appeals Commission ruled on the appeal filed by TGI AG against the FMA’s order to revoke the suspensive effect. In all other respects, the measures ordered by the FMA remain in effect. This applies in particular to the order to immediately cease the distribution and public offering of the aforementioned products.
