The FMA has issued Communication 2026/2. The notice is aimed at manufacturers of insurance-based investment products.
Wyden Capital AG, Ruggell (FL-0002.637.675-2), is authorized to provide the service of portfolio management of crypto assets since 12 February 2026 in accordance with Art. 60 para. 3 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of 31 May 2023 on markets in crypto assets (MiCAR).
