In addition to its statement of December 4, 2025, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published a further statement on April 17, 2026 on the transitional periods under MiCAR. In it, it again sets out its expectations for service providers not yet authorized under MiCAR and the national supervisory authorities in dealing with the expiry of these transitional periods.
Following the written waiver by Valeria Capital AG, Landstrasse 40, 9495 Triesen, of its license as an asset management company granted by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) on 21 March 2014, the expiry of the license pursuant to Art. 30 para. 1 let. a VVG was determined as of 21 April 2026.
