The Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein has transferred the insurance portfolio of Nucleus Life AG to Quantum Life AG and withdrawn the license of Nucleus Life AG. These coercive measures were ordered to ensure the necessary and effective protection of the interests of insured persons and the reputation of the Liechtenstein financial market.

Authorization according to Art. 60 MiCAR 18.03.26 • Licence
Celsion Bank AG, Vaduz (FL-0002.718.985-5), is authorized pursuant to Art. 60 para. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of 31 May 2023 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCAR) to provide the crypto-asset service of safekeeping and administration of crypto-assets for clients, exchange of crypto-assets for a monetary amount, exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets and the provision of transfer services for crypto-assets for clients since 13 March 2026.
