New Registration as a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP)

Smart Valor AG, Vaduz (FL-0002.596.088-9), has been authorized since July 1, 2026, as a provider of crypto-asset services (CASP) pursuant to Art. 63 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of May 31, 2023, on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCAR). The authorization was granted for the following crypto-asset services:

• the safekeeping and management of crypto-assets for clients,
• the operation of a trading platform for crypto-assets
• exchanging crypto-assets for a sum of money,
• exchanging crypto-assets for other crypto-assets, and
• the provision of transfer services related to crypto assets.
