The Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein points out that there is no connection between the operators of the website “https://newinvestmentsolution[dot]li” and the Liechtenstein-based N.I.S. New Investment Solutions (Liechtenstein) AG, Marktgass 11, 9490 Vaduz (Registration number: FL-0002.469.525-7).
The operators of the website “https://newinvestmentsolution[dot]li” are unlawfully using the information of N.I.S. New Investment Solutions (Liechtenstein) AG. The operators of the website do not hold any regulatory license or registration from the FMA and are therefore not authorized to provide services in Liechtenstein that require a license or registration. They are not subject to supervision by the FMA.
The FMA urgently advises not to make any investments via the companies mentioned or the website https://newinvestmentsolution[dot]li nor responding to any investment offers made by this companies or against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
