The Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein points out that there is no connection between the operators of the website “www[dot]swissforexgroup[dot]com” and the Liechtenstein-based swisspartners AG, Städtle 28, 9490 Vaduz (Registration number: FL-0002.072.651-9).
The operators of the website “www[dot]swissforexgroup[dot]com” are unlawfully using the address of swisspartners AG. The operators of the website do not hold any regulatory license or registration from the FMA and are therefore not authorized to provide services in Liechtenstein that require a license or registration. They are not subject to supervision by the FMA.
